BALING PRESSES FOR SCRAPS AND WASTE

1. FEEDING THE MACHINE

OMNIPRESS 800 is ready to be used at any time.
After the operator has introduced the material to be processed (fig. 1), a heavy-duty chain consisting of steel profile sections designed with a high mechanical resistance draws the material into the compacting chamber.
The operator puts the material inside OMNIPRESS 800
2. AUTOMATIC BALE WRAPPING

A photoelectric sensor makes the baling press start and stop automatically depending on the presence / absence of material in the feeding opening. When the machine is full, the operator positions the wrapping film or net (fig. 2).

3. WRAPPING NET CUTTING

Thanks to their rotary movement, the cogged steel rollers enable the material to be compacted firmly. The wrapping film or net is then cut automatically (fig. 3).

4. AUTOMATIC BALE EJECTION

Once the bale has been formed in the pressing chamber, it is automatically wrapped and ejected (figs. 4 and 5).

OMNIPRESS 800 is also available in a full-automatic version, which carries out the complete working cycle automatically: bale wrapping, net cutting and bale ejection only require the operator to press a button on the machine control board.
