EASYSYSTEM PROFESSIONAL LINE ECS - Caeb International - Caeb International

ECS Line is a plant conceived to process into chips the dry trimming bales collected with the round baler QUICKPOWER. ECS Line is driven by PLC and consists of the following machines and parts: electrically powered shredder EASYCHIPPER combined with a mill, a cyclonic dust separator and a dust vacuum system, an iron separator to catch any metal parts, a sieve to better select the material size and a screw conveyor to move the chips into the big bags. ECS Line is a very compact plant that can be moved easily in different locations and laid out in many ways depending on the actual working area.

An ultrasonic sensor signals when the material inside EASYCHIPPER is running out, thus allowing to automate the bale loading by means of a belt conveyor. The size of the chips produced by ECS Line depends on the grid chosen.
